parts are made by using Zig fixtures and dyes to give them complete interchangeability of parts.

All the bearing sizes of the Gear and pulley shaft, pins of
the star wheels etc. are done by grinding
for proper bearing fitting.

Whole of the machine is fitted by good quality nuts, bolts
and spring washers to make it folding.

All the brackets used in Gear box and pulleys etc. are made
out of Sera Sand Casting.

All the bearings of the gear box, pulleys, star wheels &
brackets are covered by seals
& dust covers to protect from dust and are provided with grease nipples of good quality for proper
greasing.

finger of cutter bar is
provided with ledger blade with sharp first quality blade of
heavy duty 3mm is used.

Conveyor belt provided to convey the crop vertically is made
of two ply nylon belt 60mm of good quality.

V-belt pulleys are used and proper depth
of V-section is made to
increase thegrip and the life of the belt.

V-belt used are of good quality like Fenner,Hilton etc. of standard company.

Machine paint is done by spraying good quality Automotive
Primer and paint.
